What we collect and why

• Contact & order requests. When you use the contact form or request an order confirmation, we process the name, company, email, phone and message you provide, in order to respond and fulfil your request. Legal basis: performance of / steps prior to a contract and our legitimate interest in answering enquiries (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR).
• Server-side usage analytics. We record aggregated, privacy-friendly usage events (page views, product views) using a self-hosted analytics component. We do not set advertising cookies and do not sell data. Legal basis: legitimate interest in operating and improving the shop (Art. 6(1)(f)).
• Security & delivery (Cloudflare). Traffic is served via Cloudflare, which processes connection data (e.g. IP address) to deliver content and protect against abuse. The contact form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile to block automated spam.

Retention

We keep enquiry and order data only as long as necessary to handle your request and to meet legal retention obligations, then delete it.

Recipients & transfers

We share data only with processors that help us operate the site and respond to you (e.g. our email and hosting/CDN providers), bound by data-processing agreements. Where a provider processes data outside the EEA, appropriate safeguards (e.g. EU Standard Contractual Clauses) apply.

Your rights
